My Flow Limited is a UK studio that ships focused mobile and web apps. We don't build platforms or do everything for everyone — each product solves one moment in your day really well.
The "Flow" name is the thesis: when an app fits the moment, the friction disappears. Pick a playlist for the gym, work out what you can pour from the bottles on your shelf, choose the next pub on a night out — small choices that should feel effortless.
We're independent, self-funded, and we read every email. If you spot something that could be sharper, tell us.
Meet the team
My Flow Limited was founded by James Hunt and Jason Appleyard. Together they lead design, product and engineering for the studio and its apps.
We're a small, hands-on team — there are no layers of management between the people building the apps and the people using them.
